Ride it

I rode my ass off tonight, as you can see by my average speed below. Apparently I was upset that I haven’t ridden in a couple of days. I was going to skip riding tonight, and I had already decided not to. Then at 6:30 I made a spur of the moment decision to get off my ass and do it. I had just enough time to get around the lake and back. Literally every part of my body is sore. It’s going to be a rough commute to work tomorrow.

I’m still getting numb toes, but it takes a lot longer, and my feet recover more quickly if I snap out of the pedals for a minute. I guess it’s tolerable for now. I’m still going to try and find the cause and solution, but at least I can actually stand to ride now.

I just noticed the typo in the title of the stats box. haha. I always have a problem when a letter N comes just before the letter D.
