Unacceptable

November 30th, 2004

today, i deem the following things unacceptable:
the weather
the way people park their cars in my parking lot at work
my lack of work
AFPC/DP
my sinuses (still)
the letter “Y”
cable modem upload speeds
clay aiken’s christmas cd (for beth)

however, my bandwidth monitor works. pete is uploading a 4 gig file to my server (at 37K/S-ish), of which 2089 2104 MB have already been uploaded. i think that’s about 51%. only 12 hours to go. add cable modem upload speeds to the list of things i deem unacceptable. i think that i’ll update the list throughout the day whenever something comes to mind.

4000000000/37000=108108seconds/60=1081minutes/60=30 hours for the file transfer (theoretically)
