There’s a movie co-written by a 13 year old. I don’t want to say too much and give anything away. in short, everyone who has kids, plans on having kids, or has ever seen a kid should watch this movie. it’s really good. that’s all i’m going to say. i’ll let IMDB say the rest.
I went for a ride today after work. i rode up to base, around the flight line once, and back to my apartment. i didn’t realize how far it was until i went out the gate and headed back this way. it was fuckin LONG, about 23 miles. what the hell is wrong with me? i’ll tell you the only part that sucked, ok 3 parts. the wind and the hills can suck a fat one. some flat land would be like heaven or something.
the third thing that sucked is that a bug hit my eye. when i say that i don’t mean that i closed my eye and it hit my eyelid. i mean that the fucker hit my eyeball. it didn’t hit near my pupil or anything, just on the side, but it hurt like a muphucka. worst thing about it is that i had one of its legs in my eye until i got back here. i couldn’t tell if i had something in my eye, or if it just still hurt, until i got back here and took a look in the mirror. i’m gonna have to start wearing my damn safety goggles…

that movie kicks ass. i hope to hell my mom realizes how easy she had it with me.
aaron, you need to get some riding glasses. they are cooler than goggles, and offer more protection than sunglasses. watch your eye, dude.

OK Dave:
I think that you need to wear the Science class goggles. That would look so good on you! Like Megs mom, shame on me for laughing, but for some odd reason, I just have this picture of a smushed bug on your eye with its legs sticking out of your body..
