snow

December 14th, 2003

it finally snowed yesterday. it was only a week late. i’d been hearing about snow for so long i was beginning to wonder if it would ever happen. it did, and it sucks. on the bright side, 29 degrees here feels a lot warmer than 29 degrees in oklahoma does, for some reason. mashell braved the snow yesterday and got in a fender bender on the highway. like 8 other cars behind her hit each other after that. she’s aight though, it barely even put a scratch on her front bumper, and there was no accident report. she was just a little shaken up.

i’m almost done with my christmas shopping. i just have to get stuff for mom and dad, and then i’ll be done. i wrapped all the other stuff for everyone else on friday.

i was pullin some songs off my mp3 drive the other day, and i noticed i’m kinda running out of space. it’s time to get another one.

if anyone wants to get me a new hard drive i’ll take a Maxtor 7200 rpm drive with the 8 MB cache, 120 gig or more should do the trick. that’s about all that’s going on. it’s only like 10 days until christmas, and we’ll be driving to oklahoma in a week and a couple of days. let’s hope all the snow and ice and shit goes away before xmas eve. the president gave me the day after xmas off, so i don’t have to take leave. thanks W!
